On Oct. 2, 2019, Kriska Transportation Group ("KTG") announced that it had acquired Trailwood Transport and Nexus Freight, both operating out of Alliston, Ontario.

Trailwood is a family-run transportation company offering domestic and cross-border truckload services, specializing in the automotive industry. Nexus Freight is a local cartage carrier servicing Southern Ontario.

KTG is a transportation and logistics company based in Prescott, Ontario.
