Montreux Healthcare Fund purchases respiratory care company Remeo Healthcare

On 4th July 2019, The Montreux Healthcare Fund announced that it had acquired respiratory care company Remeo Healthcare through its investee company The Active Care Group for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition includes the Lane Fox Remeo Respiratory Centre in East Surrey Hospital, managed by Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. The deal will allow The Active Care Group to offer an integrated care pathway by using their complex and in-home care divisions.

Gowling WLG advised Montreux Healthcare Fund and The Active Care Group on the purchase.
