Waterlogic Canada acquires
City Water International

On Aug. 30, 2019, Waterlogic Canada Inc. acquired all of the shares of City Water International Inc. (a bottled water supplier located in Toronto, Ontario) and its US subsidiary.

Waterlogic Canada is a subsidiary of Waterlogic Plc, a leading global designer, manufacturer, distributor and operator of point-of-use ("POU") drinking water purification and dispensing systems in over 60 countries around the world and headquartered in Maidenhead, UK. Waterlogic Plc was acquired in January 2015 by funds managed by Castik Capital S.à r.l, a European multistrategy investment manager founded in 2014 and based in Luxembourg. 

This is the most recent acquisition as part of Waterlogic's buy and build strategy since its acquisition by Castik, and follows substantial acquisitions by Waterlogic in the US, UK, Australia, Germany, France, Spain, Central and Eastern Europe, and Scandinavia.
