Breakwater Resources sells strategic North American royalty portfolio to Vox

On November 10, 2020, Vox Royalty Corp. (TSXV: VOX) announced that it had entered into a binding purchase and sale agreement to acquire the rights to a portfolio of up to eight royalties from Breakwater Resources Ltd. and some of its wholly-owned affiliates.
