Canadian Hospital Specialties acquires MedQuest Medical

On September 2, 2020, Canadian Hospital Specialties Limited ("CHS") announced its acquisition of the company formerly known as MedQuest Medical Inc. ("MedQuest") and the following product lines: Pacific Drainage Bottles, Uresil Catheters, LSL Kits, Medionics Kits, Gentherm Patient Temperature Management and PFM products. The combination of MedQuest with CHS will accelerate the reach of a business that is a leader in customer experience and clinical and economic evidence.

CHS, a portfolio company of private equity firm Cortec Group, is a national specialty distributor of medical and surgical products focused on strategic partnerships to enhance the experience of its customers while focusing on improving patient outcomes.
