Draganfly completes acquisition of Dronelogics Systems

On April 30, 2020, Draganfly Inc. announced that it had completed its previously announced share purchase transaction with the shareholders of Dronelogics Systems Inc., acquiring all of the shares of Dronelogics for cash and common shares of Draganfly.

Draganfly is an award-winning, industry-leading manufacturer within the commercial unmanned aerial vehicle, remotely piloted aircraft systems, and unmanned vehicle sector, serving the public safety, agriculture, industrial inspections and mapping and surveying markets.
