The Real Brokerage Inc. (formerly, ADL Ventures Inc.) closes qualifying transaction

On June 5, 2020, The Real Brokerage Inc. (formerly, ADL Ventures Inc.) (TSXV: AVI.P) closed its previously announced Qualifying Transaction, as such term is defined under Policy 2.4 – Capital Pool Companies of the TSX Venture Exchange, consisting of the acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding securities of Real Technology Broker Ltd. ("Real").

Real, a private company incorporated under the laws of Israel, is a technology driven national real estate brokerage platform primarily operating in the US through a network of approximately 1,100 real estate agents.
