On June 10, 2020, VR Resources Ltd. (TSXV: VRR) (FSE: 5VR) (OTCBB: VRRCF) announced that it had closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement of units and flow-through common shares for aggregate proceeds of $2,293,223.

VR Resources, based in Vancouver, British Columbia, is an emerging junior exploration company focused on greenfields opportunities in copper and gold. The company focuses on underexplored, large-footprint mineral systems in the western United States and Canada.
