Firm Capital Mortgage Investment Corporation completes $28.76 million bought deal financing

On November 1, 2021, Firm Capital Mortgage Investment Corporation (the "Corporation") (TSX: FC) announced that the Corporation, along with the selling shareholders Eli Dadouch, Jonathan Mair and Michael Warner, had closed the previously announced bought deal public offering of common shares for gross proceeds of $28,758,510.

The offering was underwritten by a syndicate of underwriters bookrun by TD Securities Inc., National Bank Financial Inc. and CIBC Capital Markets, and including RBC Capital Markets, Scotiabank, Canaccord Genuity Corp., iA Private Wealth Inc., Raymond James Ltd., Desjardins Securities Inc., Echelon Wealth Partners Inc. and Laurentian Bank Securities. The underwriters exercised, in full, the previously announced over-allotment option granted to them by the Corporation.
