On June 10, 2021, Arena Minerals Inc. (TSXV: AN) announced that it had received written confirmation from GFL International Co., Ltd. ("GFL") (a subsidiary of Ganfeng Lithium Co.), that GFL was exercising its previously announced project participation right to acquire a 35% interest in the Sal de la Puna lithium brine project in Argentina, which Arena Minerals Inc. is acquiring from Centaur Minerals, by funding approximately US$7.8 million of the acquisition cost.
