Investment Funds team advises Round Hill Music Royalty Fund Limited on $86.5 million placing

Gowling WLG's Investment Funds team has advised Round Hill Music Royalty Fund Limited ("Round Hill"), an investment company investing in music copyrights, on its $86.5 million placing of C Shares in conjunction with an application for the C Shares to be admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment of the Official List.

This transaction marks the latest in respect of which Gowling has advised Round Hill. From its successful IPO in November 2020 (raising $282 million) through a secondary issue soon after IPO (raising $46 million), two significant acquisitions and the putting in place of a revolving credit facility.

The Gowling WLG team was led by consultant Nick Heather, assisted by partner John Reed and Chris Kay.
