O'Clock completes €4 million seed funding round

On October 19, 2021, French start-up O'Clock, a virtual school which provides online training programs to start web developer careers, announced that it had completed a €4 million series a round led by European edtech VC fund Educapital and Ring Capital.

Gowling WLG advised Educapital and Ring Capital on the deal with M&A and private equity partner Barbara Jouffa and senior associate Mathias Briatta.
