On December 7, 2021, 9120-5583 Québec Inc. (d/b/a Via Capitale), a real estate broker operating in the province of Quebec, acquired 9034-1496 Québec Inc. (d/b/a Via Capitale du Mont-Royal), a real estate broker operating in Montréal.
