Alectra completes $250 million private placement of senior unsecured debentures

On November 14, 2022, Alectra Inc. announced that it had closed its private placement offering of C$250 million aggregate principal amount of 5.225% Series 2022-1 senior unsecured debentures due November 14, 2052

The debentures were offered in each of the provinces of Canada on a private placement basis through a syndicate of agents that was co-led by BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. and TD Securities Inc.
 
Serving more than one million homes and businesses in Ontario's Greater Golden Horseshoe area, Alectra Utilities is the largest municipally-owned electric utility in Canada, based on the total number of customers served.
