MyHealth acquires Toronto clinic and sells Caledon clinic

On February 24, 2022, a subsidiary of MyHealth Partners Inc. ("MyHealth") acquired the business and assets of Rosedale Radiology and Ultrasound, a medical diagnostic imaging centre in Toronto, Ontario, from GAM Diagnostic Imaging. Concurrently, an affiliate of MyHealth sold its Caledon, Ontario clinic to GAM Diagnostic Imaging.

MyHealth is a diagnostic health facility with locations across Ontario.
