On May 5, 2022, a change of control transaction for Pockar Holdings Ltd. was completed whereby Mirko Holdings Ltd. acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of the company from Greenview Park Holdings Ltd. pursuant to a share purchase agreement.
Pockar Holdings owns warehouse and office buildings that it leases to tenants.
