On January 13, 2022, Ottawa-based passenger bus company Roxborough Bus Lines Limited announced that it had acquired 417 Bus Line Limited, a family-owned business based in Casselman, about 55 kilometres southeast of Ottawa. 

Gowling WLG advised Roxborough in this acquisition with a team that included Garrett Hamel, Martin Roy and Daniel Scott (corporate), Emma Clarke (real estate) and Amy Derickx (employment).
