Our Capital Markets team has acted for Allenby Capital Limited (Allenby Capital) on RentGuarantor Holdings PLC's (RentGuarantor) admission to AIM.

RentGuarantor, headquartered in London, is a leading provider of online rent guarantee solutions for tenants across Great Britain's private rental market and in partnership with local authorities. The company operates through a bespoke digital platform, designed and built by RentGuarantor to streamline the rental process for both tenants and landlords. The platform uses an algorithm to generate tailored fee quotations, supported by a dedicated in-house team that guides users through the application journey.

With eight years of trading, RentGuarantor has earned industry recognition with a nomination for Aquis Company of the Year at the Small Cap Awards 2023 and has more recently been shortlisted for the 2025 ESTAS Supplier Awards.

The team advising Allenby Capital was led by Partner Davey Brennan, with fantastic support from Principal Associate Alex Davidson, Associate Anna Plenderleith and Trainee Arianna Lorentzos.
