Our Capital Markets team has advised Strand Hanson (as Nomad) and Peel Hunt (as joint bookrunner and broker) on Ondine Biomedical Inc.'s fundraise of approximately £11 million.

Ondine Biomedical Inc. is a life sciences company based in Canada and a global leader in photodisinfection-based therapies to treat and prevent a wide range of infections, including those caused by drug-resistant pathogens.

The Company will issue 73.33 million new common shares at 15p per share as part of the fundraise. The funds will be used to support Ondine's continued innovation in infection prevention and treatment.

The team advising Strand Hanson and Peel Hunt was led by Partner Davey Brennan, with support from Legal Director Susan Johnstone and Associate Freddie Whittle.
