Join us for an informative and practical session on what to do when crisis befalls your organization. Our panel of subject matter experts will examine three crisis scenarios and offer a blueprint on the steps that must be taken when trouble arises.

The session will focus on data breaches, kidnap/ransom and sexual harassment. Using these three situations, we will examine crisis management techniques as well as the substantive legal issues presented by these respective scenarios.

This program contains up to 1.5 hours of Substantive credits toward the mandatory CPD requirements of the Law Society of Ontario, and up to 1.5 hours of Continuing Education credits toward the requirements of the Barreau du Québec.
