Seminar

On Jan. 30, 2020, please join Gowling WLG professionals Amy-Lynn Kosick and Jonathan Lam to learn more about the legal aspects and recent trends regarding the doctrine of constructive dismissal.

During this breakfast seminar, Amy-Lynn and Jonathan will explain the circumstances that can lead a court to a finding of constructive dismissal in the workplace. They will also provide an overview of steps and procedures that employers are advised to follow when initiating proposed changes to an employee's title, compensation structure, duties, reporting structure or work location, among other terms of employment. As well, Amy-Lynn and Jonathan will discuss the increasing claims of constructive dismissal due to bullying and harassment in the workplace.
