Infrastructure and construction lawyer Adam Lewinberg joins Gowling WLG as partner

Gowling WLG is pleased to announce that infrastructure and construction lawyer Adam Lewinberg has joined the firm as partner in its Toronto office.

Lewinberg, who previously was the associate general counsel at Carillion Canada, has broad experience that focuses on P3s/infrastructure, and possesses significant expertise in corporate governance and compliance matters - including designing and delivering training to senior leadership and board members, and advising on governance, ethics, directors' duties, bribery, lobbying, competition and related matters.

Lewinberg has deep experience working in infrastructure law across Canada and the United States, including in very remote areas such as the Canadian North, advising clients on managing procurement, construction, project operations, facilities maintenance and dispositions of P3 projects.
