Gowling WLG welcomes Sylvia Adriano to its real estate practice

Gowling WLG is pleased to announce that Sylvia Adriano has joined the firm's Real Estate Group as a partner in Toronto.

Adriano's practice encompasses all areas of commercial real estate law, with an emphasis on the acquisition, disposition, financing and development of all classes of retail, commercial, industrial and stratified properties.

A past recipient of Lexpert magazine's "Leading Lawyers Under 40" designation, Adriano has extensive experience helping property owners and developers draft and negotiate land use and development agreements, and resolve challenging title and property issues. She also possesses unique expertise in the development and operation of retail facilities and big box shopping centres.
