The international law firm advised Accengage, the European leader in push notification technologies for mobile applications, websites and Facebook Messenger, in connection with its sale to Urban Airship.

Through this transaction, Urban Airship, the American specialist in digital customer engagement, and Accengage, Europe's leading mobile engagement platform, will combine their technologies and clients to become the world leader in the in the large corporate sector.
