Gowling WLG is pleased to announce that Peter Bouzalas has joined the firm's national Corporate Group as a partner in Toronto.
Bouzalas focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate finance matters for domestic and cross-border private companies and private equity funds. He has significant experience assisting clients with respect to the incorporation/formation, organization and financing of their companies; the drafting of shareholder, partnership and joint venture agreements; as well as the drafting of a range of commercial agreements.
Over the course of his career, Bouzalas has worked with clients across a wide range of industries – including banking, infrastructure and construction, entertainment, gaming, manufacturing & distribution, software and waste management. Qualified in Ontario and New York, Bouzalas frequently advises US-based companies and private equity funds venturing into Canada.
