Abida Ludin

Abida Ludin is an associate lawyer in Gowling WLG's Montréal office, practising in the area of business law.

  • Abida has advised public and private companies, as well as reporting issuers from various sectors.
  • She advised a Canadian multinational company with regard to one of the most important private company buyouts in Canada. Abida also acted for that same multinational company regarding acquisitions of Canadian and American companies from the services sector, as well as with regard to the issuance of unsecured notes.
  • She also provided advice to a medical cannabis company with regard to its process of becoming a licensed producer, to its reverse takeover and its private financing with a view to ensure its private listing.
