Alexa Moretto Associate

Alexa Moretto

Alexa Moretto is an associate in Gowling WLG’s Vancouver office and a member of the firm's Advocacy Group. She practices in the areas of general commercial and civil litigation, including contract disputes and tort claims.

Alexa has appeared before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and Provincial Court of British Columbia. She also has experience advocating for clients in arbitration and taking enforcement steps on behalf of clients.

Alexa completed her JD at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC, with a concentration in social justice. During law school, Alexa began providing legal support through volunteer work with BC’s Legal Services Society, where she researched and responded to questions in the area of family law via an online messaging service. She went on to work at the Indigenous Community Legal Clinic, providing legal representation to clients in civil criminal, family, and Indigenous law matters.

Prior to law school, Alexa completed her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature at UBC.
