Alexandra Fedor

Alexandra Fedor is a summer law student in Gowling WLG’s Ottawa office.

Alexandra is currently enrolled in the bilingual and bijural legal program at McGill University, where she was awarded the Chief Justice R.A.E. Greenshields Memorial Scholarship. She works as executive French editor for the McGill Journal of Law & Health, as well as volunteer coordinator for a legal clinic she co-developed through Pro Bono Students Canada. She is also on the executive team for McGill’s Intellectual Property Law Student Association.

Alexandra previously studied at Western University, where she completed both a bachelor of medical sciences and a masters of management of applied Science. While at Western, she worked in a biology laboratory and co-authored a peer-reviewed scientific article. She also spent two summers studying breast cancer at Canada’s leading cancer research institution in Toronto.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Alexandra worked for the intellectual property law group of a large aerospace company.
