Alice Devenuto

Alice is an Associate in the Property Litigation team. She has extensive litigation experience, having been involved in a number of arbitrations and court disputes. She has been involved in advising clients throughout settlement negotiations and during hearing and has experience in recommending which is the course of action most suitable to the client's circumstances.

Experience

• Acting for a telecoms infrastructure provider in P33 proceeding, including drafting particulars of claim, carrying out site DD, managing the litigation process.
• Acting for a telecoms infrastructure provider in serving P33 and P20 notices on site providers.
• Advising a wind farms operator in successfully defending a nuisance claim.
• Advising a commercial tenant on the replacement of Managing Agent and reaching settlement in a dispute with the landlord.
• Advising a landlord in negotiating repayment of rent arrears.
• Advising a landlord on the implications of its tenant's restructuring plan.
