Alice Loughney

Alice is a Senior Associate in the Employment, Labour and Equalities Team. She provides specialist advice on the full range of employment issues, with a focus on helping clients to find practical and cost-effective solutions to often emotive and complex situations.

Alice recently spent six months on secondment to an international airline, where she acted as an in-house employment lawyer and senior manager in the Employee Relations team. She continues to draw on her experience from working with a wide range of clients including technology start-ups, multi-national corporates and public sector bodies.

Alice's experience ranges from defending high profile employment claims, to advising on sensitive restructuring exercises, to helping clients avoid and resolve everyday employment problems. She also regularly delivers training sessions and workshops to help legal and HR teams keep up to speed with compliance and best practice on issues from sexual harassment to GDPR.
