Alicia Martin

Alicia Martin is an associate in Gowling WLG's Calgary office, practising in the area of commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Alicia articled at a leading regional Toronto firm, where she gained broad litigation experience and assisted with matters before various courts and administrative tribunals.

Alicia received her Juris Doctor from Queen's University where she was actively involved in the Queen's community through her various roles such as a student mentor, note-taker, and orientation leader. Additionally, she was a volunteer with Pro Bono Students Canada and a member of the Queen's Corporate Law Club. Prior to law school, Alicia obtained her Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science, graduating on the President's and Dean's Honour Roll. She completed her undergraduate thesis in Conservation Genetics.

In her free time, Alicia enjoys biking, Pilates, baking, and reading.
