Areas of focus
Amanda McInnis is counsel in Gowling WLG’s Hamilton office. With nearly 20 years of experience in general civil and commercial litigation, she adopts a practical and pragmatic approach to help her clients achieve their objectives. She regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court and various administrative tribunals.
Her practice focuses on creditors' rights and recovery, mortgage enforcement, and banking litigation, where she brings a results-driven perspective to resolving complex legal matters.
Beyond her legal work, Amanda serves as co-chair of the Hamilton Law Association’s History Sub-Committee and chair of its Archival Sub-Committee. She is also an active volunteer with several community charities, including The Good Shepherd.
