Highlights

Amy was a member of the team that advised UK supermarket chain Morrisons on its purchase of 49 Blockbuster stores from the administrators of the collapsed DVD and video games rental company. The properties were earmarked for the supermarket's expansion of its Morrisons M Local convenience stores chain.

Her clients include the Local Government Association and The Regard Partnership.

Experience

Assisting with the property aspects of the re-financing of 100 care homes involving a due diligence exercise of a sample of those properties. A detailed task followed this transaction in which Amy helped to re-organised the structure of part of the client's property portfolio. The same client went onto refinance three years later allowing Amy to draw on her previous experience and she project managed the due diligence exercise this time round.

Managing a portfolio of leases for a central London client from the initial stages of granting and negotiating multiple leases to advising the client on general property management matters.

Advising on a variety of corporate transactions involving different types of property, ranging from a yacht manufacturing plant to an indoor ski slope.
