• Assisted a Canadian seller in the sale of an information technology company valued in a transaction valued at approximately $55 million.

• Assisted a Canadian private equity firm in its acquisition, through a subsidiary, of all the issued and outstanding shares of a privately held Québec-based retail company.

• Assisted a Canadian private equity firm in connection with the sale of all issued and outstanding shares of a leading Canadian freight conglomerate specializing in logistics and transportation solutions.

• Advised a leading Spanish maritime telecommunications company in its acquisition of a Canadian marine technology company specializing in oceanic asset tracking.

• Advised and negotiated complex commercial and outsourcing agreements for a leading telecommunications company.

• Assisted a Canadian private equity firm in the sale of all issued and outstanding shares of a North American manufacturer to a global industrial engineering company.

• Assisted Novatech Group Inc. in the sale of leading Canadian door and glass manufacturing company to Garaga Inc. in a transaction valued at over $500 million.

• Assisted Home Hardware Stores Limited in its acquisition along with Groupe Turcotte of 21 stores and distribution centres of Québec-based home improvement retailer Patrick Morin Inc. in a $400 million transaction.

• Advised InnVest REIT on the acquisition of a majority stake in Hilton Québec by four First Nations, under the newly formed Atenro Limited Partnership, in collaboration with InnVest Hotels.
