Anna Ohanyan

Anna Ohanyan is an associate in Gowling WLG’s Toronto office, and a key member of the firm's Infrastructure and Construction sector group. She advises both procuring authorities and private sector partners across all stages of the project lifecycle, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure projects in Canada and the United States.

Anna has broad experience working on a range of delivery models, including traditional P3s, progressive delivery models, and other complex project structures. Her expertise spans diverse asset classes, including transportation, energy, and healthcare.

Before joining Gowling WLG, Anna practiced at an international law firm in Toronto. Earlier in her career, she worked in Eastern Europe, specializing in public law and governance, with a focus on public policy development, review and implementation.
