Anna Packwood

Anna Packwood is a principal associate in the commercial litigation team, whose practice focuses on advising clients on the best way of managing their corporate and commercial disputes. Anna represents a broad range of national and international clients, across a number of different industry sectors.

Anna has wide experience of representing clients in litigation before the English Courts, before international arbitral tribunals and in various forms of alternative dispute resolution procedures.

Whilst formal proceedings of one sort or another are sometimes unavoidable, Anna's key focus is on seeking to assist clients to resolve their corporate/commercial disputes in the most cost-effective manner and with minimum impact on the running of their under-lying business. Often this will involve creative thinking, to seek a resolution without the need for formal proceedings and the inevitable cost and business disruption that these involve. Anna's commercial approach and experience in this field help her to provide pragmatic advice to clients facing potential legal action.
