Anne Lemay

Anne Lemay is an associate in Gowling WLG's Ottawa office, practising in the Employment, Labour & Equalities Group. Anne advises both private and public sector clients on a wide range of workplace issues, including human rights and accommodations, employment standards, workers' compensation and terminations.

Anne has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court, the Ontario Small Claims Court and the Federal Court. She has also appeared before various administrative tribunals, including the Human Rights Tribunal (HRTO), the Ontario Labour Relations Board (OLRB), the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), the Workplace Safety and Appeals Tribunal (WSIAT), and the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board (FPSLREB).

Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Anne practised labour and employment law at a boutique management-side firm and acted as a labour relations advisor for a provincial school board trustee association.
