Ash-I is a London-based associate in the real estate finance team, who advises on the finance aspects of structured and secured real estate finance transactions.

Ash-I has worked with a range of clients including banks, financial institutions and corporate borrowers advising on real estate investment and development facilities on a variety of asset classes including office, retail, industrial, student accommodation, commercial and residential development, hotels and other real estate backed transactions in the UK and Europe.
