Bio

Ashley is a Principal Associate in our Commercial Development and Investment team and advises in respect of a broad range of real estate matters including investment acquisitions and disposals, leasing and asset management, property redevelopment and financing/re-financings.

Ashley primarily works for Columbia Threadneedle Investments, DTZ Investors, the Pension Protection Fund, Primary Healthcare Properties, the MPI aviation group and London Metric PLC.

Experience

Advising Columbia Threadneedle Investments across their property portfolios in connection with a number of sales and acquisitions, lettings and asset management including a number of complicated agreements for lease involving several tranches of conditionality. Ashley also oversees all negotiation of the client's property management agreements with various managing agents.
Acting for DTZ Investors in connection with their leasing/asset management for a public authority pension fund.
Acting for Primary Healthcare Properties in connection with re-financings of various property portfolios, substantial redevelopments and lease re-gearing of existing sites and a forward funded development.
Successfully representing London Metric PLC on the sale of a portfolio of industrial estates in the West Midlands subject to over a hundred leases with a 10 day turn-around.
Advising the MPI aviation group in connection with their real estate interests both as landlord and occupational tenant.
