Camille Paradis-Loiselle is an associate in Gowling WLG's Montréal office and a member of the firm's Labour, Employment & Equalities Group.
Her practice covers all aspects of labour relations, both collective and individual. In this regard, she deals with matters related to occupational health and safety, disciplinary measures, the interpretation or application of collective agreements, employer's managerial rights, pay equity, psychological harassment, as well as arrangements and human rights.
In addition, Camille assists many employers in the preparation, drafting and review of individual employment contracts and employment policies.
Camille holds a law degree (LL.L) from the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law, where she developed sharp legal reflexes in order to respond efficiently to her clients' legal issues.
Over the course of her career, Camille has appeared before various judicial and administrative courts, including the Tribunal administratif du travail, arbitration tribunals, the Court of Québec, the Superior Court and the Court of Appeal.
She practises law in both English and French.
