Carly Downs

Carly Downs is an articling student in Gowling WLG's Toronto office. She completed her Juris Doctor at Osgoode Hall Law School in June 2023 and graduated in the top 10th percentile of her class.

She served as a Student Board Member for the Community & Legal Aid Services Program at Osgoode and worked in the clinic’s Criminal Law Division.

Prior to law school, Carly completed her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology. While attending York University, she volunteered with the John Howard Society and WUSC Refugee Sponsorship Program. She has a diploma in Music Business Management from Durham College.
