Carrie Chipchase

Carrie Chipchase is a compliance law clerk in Gowling WLG’s Toronto office, working in the Business Law Group, Corporate Services Department.

Carrie’s experience includes corporate compliance matters such as preparing Ontario and federal annual resolutions and returns; registering and renewing business names and partnerships in Ontario; and handling extra-provincial registrations and renewals for domestic and foreign entities across Canada.
