
Bio
With a strong focus on trademark and patent litigation, Charlotte assists French and international clients in protecting and enforcing their intellectual property rights. She is actively involved in both transactional and contentious matters, from developing pre-litigation strategies to representing clients before the French courts, EU courts and the UPC, including drafting and filing pleadings. Charlotte is also registered as a UPC representative.
In addition to her litigation practice, Charlotte advises clients on transactional IP matters, particularly the negotiation and drafting of agreements. She is also engaged in professional associations and contributes to discussions on IP law with peers.
Before joining Gowling WLG in June 2024, Charlotte spent three years at Reed Smith LLP.
