Charlotte Terry helps clients to trade and develop commercial real estate assets.

Whether it is as part of a due diligence team reporting to the client on the quality of an asset or being at the end of the telephone to advise on ad hoc landlord and tenant issues, Charlotte is on hand to assist with a variety of commercial real estate matters.

Charlotte knew that her career would be property related as soon as she started her degree in Land Economy. Charlotte finds it exciting to be involved with such a unique and tangible asset class.

Experience

Assisting a developer on a mixed-use redevelopment scheme in London's West End, including implementing the vacant possession strategy and negotiating the pre-lets for occupation of the completed building.

Working as part of teams to complete due diligence on real estate assets, ranging from care homes to shopping centres, and all that's in between!

Advising an investment and management client on day-to-day landlord and tenant matters for one of its London office assets.
