Chloé Deschênes is a paralegal in Gowling WLG's Montreal office. She focuses her practice chiefly on financing transactions.

Chloé routinely assists lawyers in drafting financing documents, and preparing and filing deeds and various other forms for publication in the Register of Personal and Movable Real Rights and the Land Register — including in relation to mortgages, transfers and write-offs.

She regularly conducts asset searches in various registries and prepares research reports. She also carries out International Registry searches and registrations.
