Claire Stempien

Claire Stempien is an associate in Gowling WLG's Vancouver office and a member of the firm's Intellectual Property Group.

Claire assists clients with all areas of intellectual property litigation, including copyright, trademark, patent, industrial designs, privacy, and trade secrets/confidential information.

She has appeared in the Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal, and BC Supreme Court.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG as an associate, Claire gained experience in commercial litigation at a boutique firm in Vancouver where she assisted clients in breach of confidence and breach of contract matters before the BC Supreme Court.

Claire is currently a Trademark Agent in Training (a Class 3 Licensee).
