Danhoé Reddy-Girard

Danhoé (Dan) Reddy-Girard, who is from Montreal, first studied law at McGill University and qualified in Ontario before completing his legal studies at Université Paris 2 (DEA Droit des affaires, with mention) and becoming a lawyer with the Bar of Paris. He has more than 15 years of experience in French law firms.

Dan has a dual practice.

His banking & finance practice involves assisting lenders and investors with finance transactions as well as providing advice on banking and financial regulations. Dan is recommended by Legal 500 for his expertise in property finance, an area in which he works for, amongst others, private banks on transactions in France and Monaco.

His compliance and data privacy practice involves providing advice on data protection, anti-bribery and other regulations, reviewing policies and adapting commercial contracts to French law. He has assisted many businesses, public bodies and SROs with complying with the GDPR.

Dan also coordinates projects touching on various legal practice areas such as corporate re-organisations.

Dan also qualified as an attorney in New York, obtained an Executive MBA from INSEAD and passed the CFA Level 2 exam.
