David W. Howell

David Howell practices business law and estate planning.

David's practice focuses on providing legal services to owners and managers of private businesses. David's clients include businesses in the manufacturing, services, health care and technology industries. He has extensive experience in establishing new businesses, corporate reorganizations, professional corporations, business agreements, business succession planning and mergers and acquisitions.

David has practiced law in Hamilton and Toronto since 1985.

David is a past-president of the Hamilton Law Association and is a Bencher (director) of the Law Society of Ontario.

David is an excellent communicator and has built his practise on providing thoughtful, timely and effective client service.
