David Jones

David Jones helps clients to deliver residential developments across the UK.

Davis deals with all aspects of residential development, land acquisitions and disposal including strategic land assembly projects.

He has wide ranging legal experience, having acted for national house builders, residential developers and site promoters. He has an understanding of client requirements and has recently spent a time on secondment with a national house builder client.

In addition David has a specialist knowledge of mines and minerals and associated manorial law, in dealing with the inter-relationship between residential development and mines and minerals holdings.

David takes a pragmatic approach to matters to ensure that clients achieve their object as quickly, effectively and cost efficiently as possible.
