Dina Mueller is an associate lawyer in Gowling WLG’s Calgary office. She practices in insurance and risk management, personal injury, and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on insurance defence work.
The scope of her insurance practice includes representing and advising clients in various insurance disputes, including insurance coverage, personal injury claims, fatality claims, property losses, SEF 44 claims, commercial host claims, occupier's liability claims, product liability claims and professional negligence claims.
Before joining Gowling WLG, Dina practised at a boutique commercial litigation firm in Calgary and at an international full-service firm in Frankfurt, Germany. She has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta, as well as the Alberta Human Rights Commission, and has represented clients in mediations and arbitrations.
Dina is actively involved in the legal community and currently volunteers with the Court of King’s Bench Amicus Counsel and Small Claims Duty Counsel programs.
